All other expenses are on us.

Do I have to have a home inspection before I can get a Policy with Priority Home Warranty

No. we dont require a home inspection or any maintenance records to purchase a home warranty plan. Also, we will not refuse coverage due to the age of your home’s systems and appliances.

Can I choose my own service contractor?

Yes you can we just have to verify that the contractor being used is licensed, insured, and bonded 

What’s the difference between a home warranty and a manufacturer’s warranty?

The main difference is that a manufacturer’s warranty generally covers the failed part of a single appliance, but usually doesn’t include the cost of labor or repair. With a home warranty, one plan covers a variety of systems and appliances, making it a more cost effective way to protect your home.

How do I request service?

Once your coverage kicks in, schedule it online at anytime Through your customer portal. You can also call (888)-812-1060  to start a claim 

My issue wasn’t fixed. Can the contractor come back?

Of course. Simply re-request the service online or by phone. All work done with our service providers comes with a 90-day workmanship guarantee, so if the issue isn’t resolved, we’ll send a service provider back to you.

What if my covered item can’t be fixed?

If we determine your covered item is beyond repair, we’ll offer a replacement or find you another solution that works for your situation.

Are there any exclusions to my contract or limits to my coverage?

Yes, there are some limitations to what a Home Warranty plan can cover. PHW always Prioritizes our customers. We meticulously study and evaluate which systems and appliance breakdowns are most likely to disrupt your home to ensure we cover you for what matters most. Home Warranties cover breakdowns that occur due to normal wear and tear. Take for example if a fan in your AC unit breaks due to natural use, that’s where we would step in to cover the replacement. However, if that AC was broken from human misuse or a natural event, it would not fall under our coverage. The good news is, in the event it occurred because of a natural event such as a hurricane, homeowner’s insurance may cover the damage.

My Systems and Appliances are old, does that matter?

No, it doesn’t. You can get a Priority Home Warranty plan no matter the age of your appliances.

Can I change my plan later?

If, for any reason, you need to change your plan, you can do so within the first 30 days of purchasing your coverage. To make a switch call (888)-812-1060

When can I start using my plan?

You can start requesting service after 30 days of purchasing you’re Policy.

About Home Warranty

How do I make sure my coverage continues?

If you have set up automatic payments with us, will send your new contract 30 days before the old one expires. If you are not on an automatic payment system, you can continue coverage by  calling us toll free at (888) 812-1060.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. If your cancelation occurs within the first 30 days of your coverage, we’ll refund your contract fees minus the cost of claims paid, and a small administrative overhead fee. If you cancel after the 30th day, you’ll receive a pro-rated refund of your contract fees for the rest of the contract term minus the cost of claims paid, and a small administrative overhead fee.

Is there a limit to the number repairs during my contract term?

No, we do not have a limit, although some coverage limitations, such as cost caps, may apply.

How long does my contract last?
